SHRM26

Meet us at SHRM26

The conversation around AI in HR has shifted fast over the last twelve months.

A year ago, the question at most People conferences was whether AI had a real place in the function. Today, the question is what to do once it does. How does the role of the HRBP evolve? What happens to compensation work when execution gets automated? What does an AI-native People function actually look like in practice?

These are the conversations we're going to Orlando for.

Why we're at SHRM26

SHRM26 is the largest gathering of HR and People leaders in the United States, and it's the room where the standard for the next year of People work gets set. The leaders who define how their organizations operate are the ones in Orlando. We want to be in those conversations.

We built Openroll on a specific belief. Finance and People teams shouldn't spend the majority of their time executing work. They should spend it on judgment. Compensation reviews, headcount planning, and pay strategy are too high-leverage to be run on spreadsheets, and the teams that figure this out first will pull ahead of the ones that don't.

SHRM26 is where many of those teams will be.

Find us at Booth #1726

Throughout the conference, we'll be running live walkthroughs of the Openroll platform, including how leading teams at Flock Safety, Viaplay Group, Planhat, Mentimeter, and others are using it to redesign their compensation and People operations.

If you're rethinking your compensation operating model, exploring how AI fits into your People function, or simply curious about what an AI-native HR stack looks like in practice, come find us.

We also have a surprise waiting for everyone who stops by Booth #1726.

Let's connect ahead of time

Mattias Lindell, CEO and Co-founder of Openroll, will be on the ground throughout the conference. If you're attending and want to find time, reach out before the event so we can get something on the calendar.
